As public interest in health management, quality of life and healthy aging continues to grow, the medical and health services market in southern Taiwan is becoming increasingly integrated and locally focused.
REDOX Health Group has announced a brand franchise and strategic partnership with MEIXIN META CORE Health & Aesthetics Clinic. Scheduled to open in Tainan’s West Central District in mid-September 2026, the clinic will bring together health management consultations, functional medicine resources and aesthetic care planning, offering the public a broader range of health service options.

Following nearly a year of preparation, the clinic plans to invest close to NT$80 million in interior design, equipment installation, workflow development, information system integration, and the recruitment and training of professionals from multiple disciplines. Its location in Tainan’s West Central District reflects not only the growing demand for health management services in southern Taiwan, but also an effort to incorporate the historic city’s distinctive local culture into a healthcare setting that values professionalism, privacy and long-term support.
Chin-Ming Kuo, chief operating officer of MEIXIN META CORE Health & Aesthetics Clinic, said Tainan is a city where family ties and personal relationships are deeply valued. The clinic aims to integrate health management and aesthetic care in a manner that aligns with local lifestyles, enabling people to better understand their individual health status and develop appropriate health management strategies with professional guidance.
Dr. Han-Wen Ou, chief executive officer of REDOX Health Group, said the group has long invested in functional medicine testing resources, health management processes, and professional education and training systems. Through its partnership with MEIXIN META CORE Health & Aesthetics Clinic, REDOX aims to extend its accumulated experience to southern Taiwan and leverage the capabilities of the local team to make health management resources more accessible and relevant to people’s everyday needs.

The partnership will operate under a brand franchise and strategic cooperation model. REDOX Health Group will provide relevant testing resources, workflow design, and education and training systems, while MEIXIN META CORE Health & Aesthetics Clinic will combine the expertise of its local medical team with health and aesthetic care planning to create a more comprehensive service pathway.
Specific services will be planned according to physicians’ professional assessments, each individual’s circumstances and actual needs, and will remain subject to information officially announced by the clinic.
To support the full implementation of the partnership, REDOX Health Group senior consultant Shih-Wen Chen will be based in Tainan and assume the role of executive director at MEIXIN META CORE Health & Aesthetics Clinic. She will oversee the development of the clinic’s health management and professional training systems.
Chen emphasized that effective health management involves far more than a single test report. The key is to translate complex medical information into health guidance that people can understand, put into practice and continue to follow over time.

Health management and aesthetic care services have attracted increasing market attention in recent years. However, communication about these services must also place greater emphasis on transparency and regulatory compliance. In addition to clearly explaining their service philosophies and procedures, professional service providers should avoid overstating potential outcomes or presenting an individual case as a result that can be universally expected.
People should be given sufficient information about the scope and limitations of the services, as well as individual differences, before deciding whether to seek consultation or proceed with a particular service.
Guided by the brand philosophy “A Beautiful Life, Flourishing from Within,” MEIXIN META CORE Health & Aesthetics Clinic emphasizes the importance of health management, everyday lifestyle habits and long-term professional support.
Following the clinic’s official opening, the two organizations hope to provide people in southern Taiwan with a wider range of health management and aesthetic care options through locally responsive services and professional workflows. The partnership is also expected to support the regional health services market as it moves toward greater diversity, transparency and continuity of care.
